Bluemeteor AI Terms And Conditions

    1. AI Services

    "AI Services" refer to the artificial intelligence-driven functionality within Product Content Cloud, including but not limited to automated classification, attribute extraction, content generation, enrichment recommendations, and product data transformation.

    2. Third-Party AI Providers

    AI Services may utilize APIs and models provided by third-party providers, such as OpenAI. Bluemeteor maintains appropriate contractual agreements with such providers and ensures compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

    3. Data Usage & Privacy

    Customer data processed through AI Services is used solely for the purpose of delivering AI functionality and improving product content quality. Data is never sold or shared outside the scope of the services provided.

    4. Prompt Sanitization & Data Handling

    All data submitted to AI Services is automatically sanitized and normalized to remove sensitive information, or malicious payloads. Bluemeteor implements monitoring and logging practices to ensure safe and compliant data usage.

    5. Security & Compliance

    AI Services are designed to align with industry best practices and comply with applicable data protection laws, including SOC 2, and GDPR. All interactions with AI Services are encrypted and governed by a zero-trust security model, including token-based authentication and access controls.

    6. Customer Control & Configuration

    Customers have full control over the level of automation used in AI Services. Functionality can be configured to run in fully automated, semi-automated (human-in-the-loop), or manual approval modes based on business preference.

    7. No Guarantee of Output Accuracy

    While AI Services are designed to improve data quality and operational efficiency, Bluemeteor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose of AI-generated output. Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated results where applicable.

    8. Updates to AI Services

    Bluemeteor reserves the right to update or enhance AI Services at any time, including changes to models, prompt frameworks, or third-party providers, in order to maintain performance, compliance, and security.
